Commercial Roofing Estimator

Description:

The Commercial Roofing Estimator is responsible for creating estimates for commercial roofing projects. Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of the construction process through hands-on experience. Proficiency in Excel and Roof CAD are required. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience with TPO and Modified Roofing Systems. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for using creating cost estimates for commercial roofing projects.
  • Prepare CAD drawings for proposals.
  • Prepare estimates on a prearranged time schedule specific for each job.
  • Analyze field sketches to detect errors or missing information.
Qualifications:
  • Must have 1-2 years of roofing experience and have worked with TPO and modified roofs.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, and Roof CAD.
  • Must have a general knowledge of different roofing systems and proper installation requirements.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and move projects forward in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of each specification and requirement for specific jobs.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Description:

Job Description: We have an immediate opening for a motivated and hardworking receptionist. This upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitasking abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters. The right candidate for this position is fun, very outgoing, positive, and driven with a strong desire to satisfy the customer. Responsibilities:

  • Greet all employees and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees and guests.
  • Answer phone calls in polite manner and actively listen to any question/concern/inquiry that the caller may have.
  • Vet and manage incoming leads from potential customers and updated them in our CRM system. Schedule appointments with homeowners for roof inspections.
  • Able to multi-task, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize, problem solve, organize, and complete work in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Direct administrative support and calendar scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a general office setting with administrative assistant/receptionist experience.
  • Excellent people skills - a positive attitude and an outgoing personality is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners.
  • Superior organizational skills, dependability and great follow through on tasks.
  • Must be detailed oriented and a self-starter.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
